    I don’t think I understand the math here. Women average $220K, men average $360K…and no single age demographic averages more than ~$160K? That…doesn’t make any sense.

    There is an error in calculating the average salary by gender… please correct.

    The question about the salary in the survey must be more specific like, ‘Average salary per annum in USD’, this avoids ambiguity and accounts for variance in currencies other than USD.

    A brief one line description of the roles would benefit people who don’t exactly have the same job title. I am sure many of those who responded C level are not exactly C level or have misunderstood what C level means.
